Sudoku
About Sudoku
The first player to form a connection of four pieces horizontally, vertically, or diagonally wins the game
How to play
In a standard Sudoku you fill a 9x9 grid so that every row, every column and each 3x3 box contains the digits 1 through 9 exactly once. Click or tap a cell, then choose a number that does not already appear in its row, column or box. Many versions let you use "pencil marks" to note possible candidates before you commit to a final answer.
Tips and tricks
Start by scanning for rows, columns or boxes that are almost complete, where only one or two numbers are missing. Use pencil marks to track which digits are allowed in each empty cell, then look for cells that have only a single candidate. Avoid guessing earlyāa steady process of elimination is usually enough to solve most normal-difficulty puzzles.
Why this game works well at school or work
Sudoku is easy to pause after a few moves and come back to later, which makes it ideal for short breaks. It gently trains logic, concentration and pattern recognition without loud effects or rapid action. Because it runs directly in the browser and only needs simple inputs, it works well on shared school or office computers.
